  • All entries confined to Stark County.
  • All entries in Dept. must be made by Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 5:00 pm to Senior Fair Office.
  • All items must be delivered to Supt. of Dept. on Wednesday, August 24 or Thursday, August 25, between the hours of 12:00 noon and 7:00 pm
  • All entries will remain in place until pick up, Tuesday, September 6, 12:00 noon to 5:30 pm.
  • All entries must be made in name of the owner, product of exhibitor’s skill and handicraft since 2015 Fair.
  • No exhibitor may make more than one (1) entry per class.
  • One entry in class does not constitute first place or Best of Show
  • For your benefit, we reserve the right to sub-divide ANY of the classes if too full.

Decision of the judges will be final.

 
Premiums must be picked up during fair. No premiums will be mailed or held after closing of fair.
 
ENTRIES WILL BE JUDGED ON FRIDAY, AUGUST 26TH. (Not open to the public)
 
All entrants must purchase a membership ticket or an exhibitor ticket at a cost of $25.00 from the Fair Office (located at the rear of the Grandstand) before making an entry. Any entry sheet must be returned to Senior Fairboard office by August 13, 2016.
 
All articles will be exhibited with proper protection from handling and possible theft. A watchman will be on duty at all times. The Fairboard will use reasonable care but will, under NO circumstances, be responsible for any loss or breakage that occurs.

Antiques - Youth Antiques (Division 57)
  • Intent is to encourage youth to embrace those items which their family treasure and pass through generations
  • Open to Age 17 and under ONLY
  • THEME:  "My Family Heritage"
  • Item does not have to be antique by definition.
  • Each participant will receive a special rosette
  • No monetary placements.

  • One item per entry
  • Item should be something of meaning that a family member has given to them for remembrance
  • Entry must be accompanied by a 4" x 6" card with a two sentence explanation of who presented the item and why they wlll keep it forever.  (Example: "My grandfather gave me this baseball.  He caught it at an Indians game in 1955")
  • Each participant will receive a special rosette
  • No monetary placements
